How to find an item? was put together to help you find what you need as fast a possible. Our items are located under the “Categories” section, and are separated by their respected group.  From there, each item is placed within their proper set, and is filed alphabetically. If the category of the item unknown, a “Search” feature is located above the shopping cart. Simply type in the name of the item, and the database will be search for any matching item. 


How can I order an item?

Once you find an item you are interested in purchasing, simply click the “Add to Cart” icon next to the price and the item will be placed in your “Shopping  Cart”. Once you have completed your order, continue on to the “Checkout” page to finalize your purchase. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

The following forms of payment are all acceptable:  

            -PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Orders, Bank Checks 


How long does it take to receive my order? 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours(2 Business Days) once payment has been established. 


What is your return policy? 

All returns must be made within 7 days of the shipping day, and must meet the following conditions:

All items must be in the same condition as it was sent.  If the item has been played with, altered, or tampered with in any fashion we will be unable to accept the return and no refund will be transferred.

The Buyer is held responsible for all shipping costs for the returned item, unless a mistake was made with the order.  If there was an error made with the order, we will take full responsibility for all replacement fees.

All refunds will be made within 48 hours after returns are finalized and settled.

What information do we collect? How do we use it? is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products.  When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date.  This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
